60 Minute Room Visit in Nightingale

Service Description

Please make sure you read and understand the following before booking: • 60 Minute Room Visits are available at Hamilton Park between the times: (10:30 - 12:30), (13:30 - 16:30), (17:30 - 19:30) daily. • Each Resident's room visit is for 60 minutes. • Schedule your visit by choosing the appropriate unit, date and time. You will receive a confirmation email when your visit has been successfully scheduled. • Only ONE room visit per day per Resident. Any further bookings will be cancelled. This is to ensure each and every one of our beloved Resident's has an equal opportunity to see their loved ones. • Block booking is not allowed. Please do not book another visit before your current visit date has passed. Multiple bookings will be cancelled. This is to ensure each and every one of our beloved Resident's has an equal opportunity to see their loved ones. • Please do not book a 60 minute room visit the same day as a 25 minute compassionate visit or POD visit. This is to ensure the comfort of our Residents. • Starling, Nightingale and Cormorant units can have a maximum of 1 family member per 60 minute room visit. • Kingfisher unit can have a maximum of 2 family member per 60 minute room visit. • All visitors must be over the age of 18 years. • Face masks must be worn at all times during the visit and 2-metre social distancing rules still apply. • Management retain the right for on-site COVID-19 testing prior to admission. • In the case of cancellation, please give at least 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid disappointment. • While every effort will be made to ensure all visits will take place, changes or cancellations may occur due to situations beyond our control. • Staff will be on hand throughout to make the experience as safe and comfortable as possible.
