25 Minute Visit in Kingfisher

Service Description

Face to face compassionate visits are available between the times: (09:30 - 12:30), (13:30 - 16:30), (17:30 - 19:30) daily. ​ This compassionate face to face visit is for 25 minutes. ​ Schedule your visit by choosing the appropriate unit, date and time. You will receive a confirmation email when your visit has been successfully booked. ​ Only TWO visits per week per Resident. Any further bookings will be cancelled. This is to ensure each and every one of our beloved Resident's has an equal opportunity to see their loved ones.​ ​ Block booking is not allowed. Please do not book another visit before your current visit date has passed. Multiple bookings will be cancelled. This is to ensure each and every one of our beloved Resident's has an equal opportunity to see their loved ones.​ ​ Please do not book a compassionate visit the same day as a POD visit. This is to ensure the comfort of our Residents. Maximum 2 family members from the same household per visit. ​ All visitors must be over the age of 18 years.​ ​ Face masks must be worn at all times during the visit and 2-metre social distancing rules still apply with no physical contact. ​ Management retain the right for on-site COVID-19 testing prior to admission.​ ​ Visits are limited to the designated visiting area to ensure the safety of our Resident's and staff. In the case of cancellation, please give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid disappointment. ​ While every effort will be made to ensure all bookings will take place, changes or cancellations may occur due to situations beyond our control. ​ Staff will be on hand throughout to make the experience as safe and comfortable as possible. We look forward to seeing you. ​ Before booking a visit you will need to complete a quick COVID-19 Health Declaration.
